グリーンマップについて

This is a map of recreation and leisure sites in our town. The first ever type map.

About this Map

This was developed by Youth Conservation Corps students working with the Tusket River Environmental Protection Association. We were mapping where our citizens and visitors could enjoy active recreational activities.

Impacts and Results

Students learned map making techniques and importance of record keepping

Support:

We were contacted by people working on Halifax, Nova Scotia green maps.

Wishlist:

More people with an interest. We have space. Can now use on-line GIS systems.
