This map includes Water well , Water beneath the earth　(ground water situation), Historical "treasures"point typically Japanese.

Water issues, green agriculture and organic cafes around Tsuruoka-city are the focus to begin with. A water festival took shape in mid-August 2003, so the community got involved with this Green Map as soon as the project got underway.
