The issue of sustainable development is not new for the developed counties, but for developing country like Indonesia this issue is just starting, thus the degree of people awareness is still low. The appreciation to the natural resources needs to be promoting. For architect this issue is very crucial in creating building design and its environment, indeed in city planning. The environmental awareness can be cultivated since the age of child, and strengthened at the teenagers’ age.

Indonesia is tropical country that still has abundant natural resources and friendly climate (dry and rainy seasons), but ten year later all the resources will be disappearing because of the consumptive lifestyle with lack of sustainable lifestyle information. Developing green maps help people aware about the diversity of nature and its ecosystem.
