In the Kanagawa District, Kanto Gakuin University architecture professor Kazuaki Seki is working with the nonprofit Better Hayama. Their goal is to publish a Green Map of this seaside community in 2007 - their plan is to recognize the rich regional resources and create a legacy for the next generation.

About this Map

Hayama Green Map is created by graduate and undergraduate seminar students in cooperation with groups of local residents, especially NPO Hayama town planning association.

The purpose of this map is recognize local resources, including nature environment and historical/cultural environment, and pass these resources down to future generations.
